MT-505 Anti-Graffiti is a patented PERMANENT nanotechnology coating which contains a permanent, high-slip, anti-stick formula that will not allow paints, stickers, markers or adhesives to permanently adhere.

Features

MT-505 Anti-Graffiti incorporates a unique polymer with an extended nano particulate that produces an extremely high slip coefficient.
MT-505 utilizes three different cross-linking mechanisms that provide depth of penetration, substrate adhesion and film durability that aid in the coatings release performance and the PERMANENT designation.
MT-505 is a single component, vapor permeable, water-clear, UV and heat stable. The chemical resistant surface forms a mechanical and chemical bond to inorganic materials and has unique organic functionality making it virtually universal in its application.
This product is non-toxic, non-reactive, AQMD (Air Quality Management District) and CARB (California Air Resources Board) compliant and is globally VOC compliant. Exceeds ASTM D6578 Graffiti Resistance, ASTM D4329 Accelerated Weathering and ASTM D1653 Water Vapor Transmission Tests.

Coating has been designed to withstand the rigorous of temperature and climatic changes and can be cleaned with a pressure washer and clear water.
Apply to brick, concrete, stucco, stone, rough and smooth wood, metal and smooth painted surfaces.

Industry Applications

Carefully clean and prepare the surface

Mix or shake well before application. Ensure there is no settled/cured material on the film or within the container. Cured or foreign matter must be removed prior to application. MT-505. Ensure product is consistent in thickness after stirring.

Flush and clean all equipment immediately after use with mineral spirits or acetone.
