MT-447 Concrete Anti-Stik
MT-447 is a breakthrough in extreme anti-stick coatings. It encompasses the known benefits of nano-ceramic beads with graphene. Graphene is known as being 200 times stronger than steel and when combined with our 9H hardness coating, MT-447 becomes one of the most rugged coatings available anywhere.
Features
Chemical Resistant: This product is ideal for use in chemically dangerous areas and is resistant against most chemicals. MT-447 is immune to diesel fuel or form oils. See details on TDS.
Mold & Fungus: The formulation protects against fungus, mold, mildew, rust and all other humidity related issues.
Ultraviolet Resistant: MT-447 is impervious to UV degradation. It is non-yellowing, non-whitening and non-toxic.
Easy Application: MT-447 can be applied with an aerosol or a sprayer. Ensure that the substrate is free of debris and rust. Does not require a primer.
Tough Finish. MT-447 is classified as having a 9H finish. Diamonds are 10. This coating will withstand some of the most abusive and abrasive conditions to be found anywhere.
Long life: MT-447 will cure in 2 hours and has been designed to withstand the rigours of industrial and chemical plant applications.
Benefits
Permanent Non-Stik Finish: Ultra-smooth, non-stick formula prevents concrete, grout, and other cementitious products from bonding to the coating surface. Cured concrete and other materials are easily removed with a spatula or power washer without damaging the substrate.
Hydrophobic & Oleophobic: MT-447 is hydrophobic and oleophobic. It will prevent rust and corrosion on ferrous/non-ferrous metals as well as prevent hydrocarbon adhesion.
Covalent Bonding: MT-447 does not become part of the surface but gets locked into the surface. A covalent bond is a chemical bond. This means that the molecules that make up our coating are chemically reacting (bonding) with the surface molecules to create a permanent bond.
