Features

Waterproof: MT-109 has a high level of hydrophobicity and waterproofing capability. Coating prevents rust and corrosion on steel.

Fire: The water-based formulation resists fire. It contains no VOC’s and will not off-gas. Coating can be safely used in all conditions without combustion.

Mold & Fungus: Its waterproof formulation also protects against fungus, rust and all other humidity related issues.

Ultra Violet Resistant: There is no loss of color or performance under extreme ultraviolet conditions.

Easy Application: MT-109 can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer. It does not require a primer and coloured top coat can be applied after coating has cured.

When applied to metal, MT-109 creates an almost indestructible 15-year bond with all metal, plastic & glass surfaces while also keeping excess heat out of industrial processes and preventing corrosion.

This essential coating has great adhesion on metal surfaces without the need for a primer. The wide working temperature range from 90⁰ C to 100⁰ C offers the right solution for almost any purpose.

MT-109 has strong anti-corrosion protection capacity, is UV, chemical and fire resistant.

The safe to use formula contains no VOC’s and is ideal for any areas where flash heat is a concern.
